• Added new “Thermal” EL Zone style Exposure Assist (Add New Tool > Exposure Assist > Style > Thermal El Zone)
• EL Zone legend order may now be reversed to sho​w darker values on the left (“Flip Color Scale” toggle within the EL Zone Exposure Assist Tool)
• Added GPI triggered functions for 4K Production Monitors. Each GPI input may now be configured as if it were a function button. Grounding the line triggers the corresponding function. The GPI functions can be configured through the function button menu, accessible through the monitor settings page (Monitor Settings > User Buttons > GPI Pins Improvements and Alterations:
• Added Rec2020 as a gamut option for SDR Color Pipes
• DCI-P3 gamut is no longer removed from the Color Pipe when calibrated to Rec709
• Reduce SDI locking times to Known Issues in Release 5.3.0:
• HDR mode and Max Bright mode can be enabled together - Work around: Disable Max Bright mode before switching to an input configured for HDR
• Sending an invalid SDI signals to the monitor may cause other valid SDI inputs to flicker - Work around 1: If using two or fewer SDI signals, do not place them on adjacent inputs
• Work around 2: Unplug any SDI cables not being used to transmit video
• Image Capture may not work as expected on PQ Color Pipes - The raw input data is captured using image capture. The overlaid image is NOT subject to the Color Pipe, it’s assumed that all images being overlaid are already in the same color space as the calibration target
• CalMAN integration has not been finalized and fully validated Bugs Fixed:
• Focus OLED, Focus OLED SDI, Focus PRO OLED displays are now the proper brightness
• Video no longer occasionally turns black when the “Transition Speed” setting is set to Instant
• Tool location on the legend is no longer incorrect on Smart 7 monitors
• Fixed alignment of the Smart 7 His​togram Tool
• Fixed functionality of the Backlight Tool
• Fixed Color Picker area boxes, which were getting drawn when the tool was inactive
• Fixed issues that could occur when multiple Color Picker tools on a Page were active
• Fixed input elements not showing as green when they are active in the Smart 5/Smart 7 input popup
• Fixed rendering of the Camera Control menu when “Surround View” is changed to OFF
• Full Range SDI no longer produces sparkles/clipping on 4K Monitors
• 4K Monitors no longer hang when the scroll wheel is used while adjusting a Tool location
• Image rotate settings are now preserved through power cycle on Smart 5/Smart 7
• Fixed artifacts in Vectorscope data when receiving legal range video
• Teradek RT Overlay Tool improvements - No longer displays metric scale briefly before switching to the correct units
• No long hangs after disconnecting from the RT device
• Peaking no longer stays enabled after the tool has been turned off
• Cine 7 TX now transmits 4K video correctly, video is no longer purple
• Factory reset now properly clears custom backdrops on Smart 7 monitors
