   New Featur​es

   • Added 3G-SDI SMPTE level (A/B) configuration to decoder
   • Added configurable jitter buffer to decoder, pick between lowest latency and best quality (buffered)

   • Added additional statistics -- max network outage and layers
   • Millisecond stats only show one decimal place
   • Retry requests are always enabled
   • Encoder bitrate starts at 100% of target when adaptive​ bitrate is enabled, was 50% previously

   Teradek ART Firmware Version 2.9

   New Features

   • Initial ART 2U public release
   • Added Client m​ode streaming 'Listening Port' - enables UDP hole punching similar to SRT Rendezvous mode
   • Added 4K streaming support for 8 bit single-direction encoder/decoder (10 bit and bidirectional scale down to HD)
   • Added configurable HD downscale option for 4K input
   • Added higher configurable audio b​itrates up to 1024kbps
   • Added network speed test

   • Default encoding mode is now 8 bit

   Bug Fixes

   • 8 bit color transmission was incorrect
   • Decoder needed to be restarted via web UI after booting up in client mode
   • HDMI input/output was not detected until after codec restart when booted with 1080p50/59/60 video input
