Bug Fixes

• Core file sync and Frame.io C2C uploads could fail if the network uplink changed while uploads were in process
• Decoder SDI metadata was not initialized on startup

• RTMP auto-reconnect did not work if the server terminated the connection
• Manually Adding Wi-Fi networks failed due to an invalid password message
