• INPUT SOURCE A/B switching function has been added. The input source for the input modules (CH/ST IN 1-2) can now be switched.
• PORT to PORT function has been added. Audio signals sent to the input ports can be output directly from the output ports without passing through modules, etc (up to 24 pairs).
• ROUTING Screen has been added. With this screen, routing settings for each input and output can be checked and set more quickly.
• 64 extended USER KEYS are now available. These extended USER KEYS can be used on the main unit LCD and Sonicview Control app and with Ember+.
• User labels can now be set for USER KEYS.
• DCA Spill mode has been added. Modules assigned to a DCA can be arranged on channel faders, allowing the fader levels to be adjusted.

(This mode is only available on the Sonicview unit. It is not available on the Sonicview Control app.)

• The ALL SEND Screen has been changed to the BUS ASSIGN Screen.
• The order of parameters on the EQ Screen can now be changed. (Selectable from three patterns, Type A/B/C, found on PREFERENCES > EQ parameters order.)
• KEY IN functions can now be used on the GATE / EXPANDER / DE-ESSER Screens.
• FX 1-4 have been added as the SEND destinations for FX RTN 1-4 modules.
• FX SEND MUTE has been added for FX1-4 modules.
• USER DEFINED CONTROLS (User Key / Foot Switch / GPIO) settings can now be saved as snapshots.
• All System Data files can now be renamed.
• A timestamp display has been added to All System Data to show the creation date and time.

<GPIO-OUT>

• Mute/Solo GPIO-OUT AND/OR output function has been added
• Mute and SOLO statuses can now be grouped and output from the GPIO-OUT.
• The display of the module meters for a selected ​layer has been added to the SENDS ON FADER Screen.

The display of module meters has also been added to the Channel Screen when in SENDS ON FADER mode.

• Monitor Lock buttons have been added. One source can be selected for persistent monitoring use and locked, each for MONITOR 1 and MONITOR 2.
• The GEQ frequency display has been changed to match the standard center frequency specified in ISO 266. (No changes to internal processing. Only the display has been changed.)
• When the GEQ FADER Ctrl function is on, the following operations are now performed.
• Pressing the SEL key for each channel resets the gain setting of that frequency to “0 dB”.
• Layer key operations are disabled.

< Maintenance items >

• If the Preferences screen was opened with the OA Tally Input set to the GPIO-IN port of an unmounted SB-16D, a Control Software Error message would appear. This has been fixed.
• When loading snapshots / All System Data / Module Input Library / Module FXRTN Library created in a previous version into the latest version, the snapshots created in the previous version would be loaded with the new function settings retained, making it impossible to restore the state at the time of saving correctly. This has been fixed.
• When attempting to export a snapshot with the same name as an existing file to the same folder, the message “Cannot Export. USB flash drive is full.” would appear and export would not possible. This issue has been fixed.
• The settings on the Channel Screen and for the USER KEYS would sometimes differ from those displayed on the main screen. This has been fixed.
• When the device name of the SB-16D was longer than 8 characters, pressing the Enter key without changing the name shown in this unit’s Device name area would shorten the device name to 8 characters and cancel the routing in Dante Controller. This has been fixed.
• Unsupported files were displayed in a playlist. This has been fixed.
• USB connection stability (for PCs) has been improved.
• Operation stability has been improved.
