What's in this update

Added RØDE CallMe functionality to the SMART PAD backchannel configuration options.
Improved the handling of old show configurations when updating to 1.6.X firmware or importing old show data onto the 1.6.X system.
Fixed an issue which resulted in the R channel of USB2 being silent when configured under certain conditions.
Addressed an issue connecting to WIFI networks when certain special characters were used in the network name or password.
Addressed some minor issues with CallMe channel allocation.
