What's in this update

Added RØDECaster Sync, allowing audio mixer and SMART pad control of RØDECaster Video CORE devices.
Separated the RØDECaster PRO II / DUO wireless audio channels into their own type (allowing concurrent usage with XLR channels)
Updated the USB multitrack output to follow the mixer channel arrangement on the RØDECaster (allowing CallMe and wireless channels to be output). A new ASIO and Virtual Device driver is available which is compatible.
Updated the RØDECaster DUO to include two extra virtual faders, allowing a 9 stereo channel audio mixer to be used.
Addressed a number of other miscellaneous bugs and stability issues.
