What's in this update

Keying from USB Virtual COM DTR signal (N1MM, fldigi etc)
Option to display mode as a character (C, D, U, L) not graphic; see Display/Controls menu
Menu "Strght mode" renamed "Straight mode"; and "Sidetone frq" renamed "Sidetone freq."
Double-click default increased to 500; sensible defaults (20) for Band and Volume Change timeouts
New parameter in VFO menu specifies max denominator value for the continued fraction
New CAT command PL for Get/Set of Receive PLL parameters
Display option for numeric S-meter, Power meter, SWR meters instead of the bar graph
Protection menu now has max PA voltage setting to protect the PA from high supply voltages
Add Reverse power to Diagnostics page
SWR Protection reset options: by button press, timer, or on TX->RX
Accessibility feature: In terminal menu, press Tab then a number to go to that row
Accessibility feature: Simplified terminal menu option
New SSB audio source option "Auto" uses Ext Mic unless CAT switched to TX, then USB audio is used
SideKar CAT connection workaround: sends /0/0/0/003/OM; instead of OM; now ignores characters < 32
