What's in this update

Functionality for programming QLG3 E108 module firmware update (fix date issue).
Volume time and Band display time are limited to 99 now.
When volume is displayed, pressing any other button or tuning cancels the display.
Bug fix: Audo USB/LSB should select USB for 60m band.
