What's in this update

SSB Calibration shapes the RF envelope to avoid hard keying causing voltage spikes
New setting in System Config menu: "CAT RU and RD" specifies Absolute or Relative commands
CAT RU and RD can now do a relative up/down shift matching N1MM keyboard RIT adjustment
Now TX indication bar appears under the top left character of display (A or B) on SSB microphone transmit
Band Configuration screen now re-coded as menu-driven table editor; and removed from Hardware tests menu
Bug fix: CAT FW; returned FW000; always when in CW mode, not the correct bandwidth
Bug fix: Redrawing CW Offset and Sidetone frq on CW config screen in terminal corrupted display
