DJI Dock 3 firmware v17.07.0401

DJI · Released Oct 14, 2026 · First seen Oct 16, 2026

v17.07.0401 is the latest firmware for the DJI Dock 3, released October 14, 2026.

What's in this update

  • The DJI Matrice 4D series aircraft supports site evaluation for DJI Dock 4.
  • Added Operate Under Max AGL Altitude mode. To use this feature, first enable the Terrain Obstacle function and upload the terrain model or local elevation data of the operating area.
  • The accuracy of Operate Under Max AGL Altitude (terrain-following flight) depends on the accuracy of the imported map, and the actual performance is subject to on-site operation. If the aircraft flies beyond the coverage of the model, it will automatically switch to RTH based on ALT (altitude relative to the takeoff point) to ensure flight safety.
  • FlyTo tasks and remote control supports High-Speed Mode, increasing the maximum flight speed to 21 m/s.
  • Due to aircraft power limitations, the max speed may decrease in headwinds. In high-speed mode, pay attention to flight safety and reserve a safe distance in advance to avoid collisions.
  • DJI FlightHub 2 Cockpit supports AGL Priority display.
  • DJI FlightHub 2 flight records support displaying terrain-following altitude (AGL).
  • Added collision alerts. An alert is triggered after a collision during flight operations to prevent severe faults caused by taking off again with damaged propellers.
