    Improvements

    • Improved temperature ​detection and reporting behavior across the fixture.
    • Adjusted low temperature protection behavior to improve fixture operation and stability in cold environments.
    • Modified fan control behavior to improve stability and reduce unnecessary interruptions during normal operation.
    • Improved lighting effects logic to prevent excessive power draw while effects are running.
    • Improved high-speed photography behavior across lighting modes to ensure more consistent output during mode transitions.
    • Improved error handling behavior so minor or non-critical errors do not interrupt normal fixture operation or the boot process.

    Bug Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where performing a Factory Reset with Reset Sidus BT set to OFF and Reset CRMX set to ON did not correctly enable CRMX by default as expected.
    • Fixed an issue where HSI mode did not function correctly when controlled via Sidus Link Pro.
    • Fixed issues where the fixture could flash or emit light at 0 percent brig​htness during certain effects or lighting mode transitions.
    • Fixed an issue where switching lighting modes during high-speed photography could result in unintended flash behavior.
    • Fixed an issue where RDM functionality could repeatedly restart when a network cable was connected on first power-on.
    • Fixed an issue where Bluetooth link detection could fail during configuration in specific modes.
    • Fixed an issue where the DMX address could incorrectly be set to 0.

    • When using the Back button shortcut to reset Sidus BT, it al​so enables Sidus BT.
    • Adjusted GM limit logic: when CCT is lowered, the GM upper limit is also reduced.

    • Resolved CCT profile where light would strobe even when intensity was 0%.

    Summary of the Updates to STORM 1200x

    Optimizations

    • Fan Startup: Optimized startup speed and error detection timing. Fans now spin for 2 s​econds before entering PID adjustment, with a broadened low-speed detection threshold.
    • Fan Speed Process: Enhanced handling to address rare cases of fan error reporting.
    • DMX Connection Status: Improved BT connection logic for CRMX-TX state with DMX data, ensuring smoother status updates after DMX disconnection.
    • Increased Color Temp Range for DMX Control to 10,000K.
    • CRMX TX and RX switching has been improved.

    Bug Fixes

    • Master-Slave mode moved to the Control Settings menu.
    • Batch Update moved to the Firmware Update interface.
    • DMX Status Bar: Replaced "White Light Standard" mode with "Studio Mode."
    • DMX Effects Execution: Fixed issue where High-Speed Shooting mode could be activated via buttons during DMX effects execution.
    • Profile Flicker Speed: Adjusted flicker speed of Pulse and Fault Bulb in DMX-controlled profiles, with a default Speed parameter of 5 added.
    • CCT Lighting Effects: Added a default GM parameter value of 10 for effects with CCT control.
    • ETH-to-DMX Conversion: Resolved data refresh error causing momentary light flicker.
    • CRMX Reset: Fixed an issue where CRMX could not reset after being turned off (added reset and delay).
    • ​DMX Power Output: Addressed issue where DMX control of output power did not align with actual power output.
    • DMX-Controlled Effects: Differentiated control behaviors for XY-FX and CCT-FX, with CCT adjustments disabled by default under XY-FX profiles.
    • High-Speed Shooting and PWM: Fixed issue where combining DMX fade-in/out effects with High-Speed Shooting mode caused PWM dimming to freeze the light.
    • GM Parameter Transmission: Resolved GM parameter range issues for app compatibility.
    • Silent Mode: Fixed issue where custom lighting effects appeared excessively dim.
    • Master-Slave Upgrades: Fixed issues with slave units not turning off or failing to revert to their original Light Mode after flickering during upgrade failures.
    • Dimming Simulation: Resolved problem where dimming simulation failed to illuminate at the initial brightness level.
