Add top-bottom/bottom-top interlaced video option for sources where 1080i field order isn't detected correctly

Changes and

Improved video format detection and stability
Correctly handle broadcasts ending when streaming to platforms with max time limits (e.g. 8 hours for Facebook, 12 hours for Vimeo)
Don't reset broadcast counter when reconnecting due to network interruptions
Improve video bitrate stability - reduce unnecessary bitrate spikes during scene changes
Numerous additional stream stability and robustness improvements

Web UI Recording Eject Button did not unmount media
Recordings were not stopped properly if recording media ran out of space
Network status reported as "No Uplink" if one interface cannot connect to the Internet
Broadcast auto reconnect function did not properly
