Bug Fixes

• Decoder: output displayed occasional tearing artifacts when set to 50/59.94/60 Hz formats
• Decoder: fields were swapped when set to output 1080i50/59.94/60 video
• Encoded audio from 12G-SDI sources was distorted
• OLED display could become distorted/shifted after some time
• Wowza Cloud streaming authentication did not work
