Bug Fixes

• Unplugging ethernet cable could disrupt other active network connections
• Disabling return video decoder on encoder could corrupt encoding and spike bitrate

• Mac-generated PNGs could not be uploaded to use with Pattern Generator or OSD
• RTMPS authentication did not work with some streaming servers
• Facebook broadcasts would remain live after clicking Stop Broadcast
