Core broadcast destinations can now be started and stopped from the device (web UI and front panel)
Added support for device code authentication on Core, authorize your device with a simple 5 digit code

YouTube and Facebook events/pages will be displayed on multiple pages if there are more than 25
Core on demand region listing is now generated dynamically
Changed UStream platform to IBM Cloud Video
Updated YouTube API to correctly handle high framerate (50/60fps) video
Removed deprecated Facebook 'Continous streaming' option, no longer necessary

6xx series decoders did not scale incoming video correctly for non-matching output formats
6xx series decoders would disconnect/reconnect to Core periodically when not streaming
YouTube events would not populate if the 'Stream Now' event wasn't present
Stream mismatch error would appear in YouTube after going live, stopping, and starting a stream again
