What's in this update

Bug fix: fix initialization of Band Configuration screen for some single-band bands (non-production yet)
Bug fix: reading band selection jumper wires did not work properly in some cases
Bug fix: Transmit screen no longer prevents transmission if the default freq is out of any configured bands.
