   Compatible with Nikon Z8 Firmware 3.0 (Note: The following only applies to Nikon Z8 cameras running firmware 3.0)​ a.

   If you're not changing lenses, simply wait 3 seconds or more after shutting down before powering back on.

   Avoid quickly restarting right after shutdown. b.

   If you do change lenses, after the first lens swap, wait a few seconds before turning the camera back on.

   Then shut it down again, wait 3 seconds or more, and turn it on again.

   After that, just avoid quick restarts following shutdown.
