Insta360 Luna Ultra Major Firmware Update The latest update brings new features and improvements to Luna Ultra:

1. Up to 15× zoom for photos and videos, bringing distant subjects closer with ease.
2. Ultra Telephoto Lens support, with 1.5× optical magnification and up to 22.5× zoom when attached.
3. Stage Mode, designed for distant stage scenes such as concerts:

• Optimized exposure, white balance, and focusing strategies for complex stage lighting, preserving highlights and accurately reproducing colors.
• Added HighRes Zoom, which uses AI to improve image quality when zooming beyond 9×.
• Added Stage Audio and Ambient Audio modes for clearer vocals or a stronger sense of the venue atmospher​e.
• Capture Live Frame Snapshots while recording video to preserve key moments.
• Added quick EV adjustment to the preview screen for more precise exposure control.
• Improved Active Zoom Tracking accuracy for live performances.

4. 4K30fps Vertical Video, oversampled from 6K for high-quality vertical content optimized for social platforms.
5. 4K Live Frame photos now support Beauty Mode effects and Filters simultaneously. Zoom Live Frame photos are also supported.
6. Beauty Mode effects and filters can now be used together for photos, enhancing ​portrait shots.
7. 9:16 and 3:4 photo ratios are now supported for vertical composition and easy sharing on phones.
8. Backpack Mount Head Tracking mode for the POV Head Tracker, with automatic gimbal orientation calibration for easier POV shooting.
9. Added Quick Capture, which lets you press the POV Head Tracker shutter button once to wake the camera and start shooting.
10. Shutter speeds from 1/15s to 1/5s are now available in Video mode for smooth motion and light trails.
11. Improved zoom controls with horizontal swiping for faster focal length adjustment.
