What's in this update

Compatibility with the ELB 1200 Dock.
Removed Skyport splash screen.
Changed error -61 description. From “battery communication error” to “supply communication error”.
Improved battery communication.
Modelling lamp is switched OFF when user change flash power (only if VFC is enabled).
On resume from standby/overheat, modelling lamp stays OFF until unit is 100% ready (only if VFC is enabled).
If user changes modelling lamp status from OFF to ON while charging, lamp goes ON only when unit is 100% ready (only if VFC is enabled).
Skyport bug fix: When user changes power via Skyport, modelling lamp was not updated.
