What's in this update
- Move the Weather Alarm menu to main menu, named at NOAA.
- Resolve the issue that ARC4 code is incorrect in some situations
- Improve the issue that CTCSS/DCS deviation is too big when a channel is using MDC1200.
- Resolve the issue that TX preamble value in CPS is different from the value in device.
- Modify Freq Sync function to make it able to detect the CTCSS/DCS, and the radio will remind whether to override the channel information in memory channel mode.
- Resolve the issue that MDC1200 address book in radio doesn’t match to the CPS setting.
- Resolve the issue that CPS can’t show the scan list correctly when read a big scan list from radio.
- Resolve the issue that radio display is incorrect when turn off NOAA.
